week 3

GO FAR Week 3: Week of Monday 3/25

Announcements:
There is no practice this Thursday the 28th as it is a 1/2 day. Use this day to jump start your spring break on the right foot and sign up for the Bunny Hop; the 28th is the last day to register online!! If you forget come see us at Sweet Frog in Kitty Hawk the 29th between hours of 2:30-6:30pm during packet pick up to sign-up.

Looking for something to do over Spring Break? The, check out the blog throughout the spring break week as I will have fun GO FAR activities you can do as a family and share with us!!

Weather: It seems Spring is having a hard time springing this year - this week is still suppose to be a cold one and today and tomorrow is suppose to be cloudy and possible rain, so please keep watch on blog, facebook, email.

Reminders: 
Make sure GO FAR participants are bundled up on practice days - it is very chilly!!!
Pick-Up at Elementary is by 3:45 and at middle school by 4:30
Runners can bring a water bottle with name on it - It is very important to hydrate before, during, and after GO FAR!!
